Parking policy
General Terms and Conditions
By starting parking (registered entry into the parking lot), a contract is established between the operator and the clients (the driver and passengers of the vehicle) for the outdoor parking, storage, safekeeping of the vehicle, and the transfer service according to the following general terms and regulations:

Traffic regulations
The current rules of the Highway Code apply within the parking lot, with the maximum speed limit being 5 km/h.
The traffic regulations and these General Terms and Conditions become valid upon entry to the parking lot, from the moment the gate line is crossed.
Vehicle movement and parking are directed and assisted, if necessary, by the parking staff.
Vehicles must be parked according to staff instructions or, in absence of instruction, so as not to obstruct other vehicles’ entry or exit, embarkation or disembarkation, or loading.
Particular attention must be paid to starting, reversing, and complying with the right-of-way rule.
Upon entry and exit, data recording and verification take place, which are documented by security cameras.
Vehicles may be stored locked and equipped with their built-in electronic and mechanical protection.
Clients may keep their vehicle keys until departure.
In the case of force majeure, the operator may move or tow vehicles.
Force majeure events include fires, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, attacks, or any unforeseeable event that cannot be averted by human effort, in which the operator cannot ensure personal and property safety.
At the beginning of the parking period, the operator issues a parking contract to the client, which must be kept until the end of the parking.
At departure, the staff verifies vehicle authorization.
Traffic regulations apply at departure until crossing the gate line.
Safety measures
Upon entry and at the start of parking, the operator, in line with data protection laws, records data for proof and security purposes necessary for using the parking services.
Video recordings are made of vehicles and clients by the camera system. Recordings are used exclusively for operating the parking lot, retained for 30 days after the legal relationship ends, and then destroyed.
Recordings are not handed over to unauthorized persons, only to lawfully authorized agencies as defined by legislation, and only for official purposes.At the start of parking, the staff issues a parking contract to the client specifying the vehicle’s official data and information necessary for parking.
This contract must be retained until parking ends; the operator assumes no responsibility for issues caused by losing it.
Upon exit, the person presenting the contract and possessing the keys is considered authorized for the vehicle.
If missing, the person presenting the vehicle registration or ownership document is considered authorized to remove the vehicle.The operator’s responsibility applies only to the open, uncovered parking area.
The operator does not accept responsibility for contamination occurring during outdoor storage.
The operator and staff do not inspect or take responsibility for property and valuables stored or left in vehicle passenger or luggage compartments.
The operator’s liability is excluded for damages to navigation, telecommunications, video or audio equipment left or forgotten in vehicles.In case of dispute about the vehicle’s condition, the burden of proof against the operator’s recorded condition falls on the client. Costs are not chargeable to the operator even if proof is successful.
The operator does not accept responsibility for third-party damages during outdoor parking.
The operator cannot be held liable for damages reported after leaving the parking area.
Rates, Parking fees
Current rates and promotions are posted on the website and at the parking office.
Clients may pay the parking fee upon arrival or departure in cash or by bank card at the office.
The client acknowledges that the parking lot can only be exited with the vehicle after the parking fee is paid; in case of dispute, staff may retain the vehicle.
In a payment dispute regarding vehicle retention, no further claims may be made by the client. The contract includes the current rates.
Airport transfer procedure
The operator provides transportation for clients between the parking lot and the Ferihegy 1, 2A, 2B terminals with its own minibus (airport transfer).
The transfer fee is included in the published parking fee.
Transfer is available to the requested terminal after receiving the parking contract.
For the return journey, after landing, please notify your transfer request by calling the phone number on the parking contract.
Transfer service is provided as required.
The operator ensures that the bus is available within 0–15 minutes of request on arrival, and within 10–20 minutes on return.
Travel time between the parking lot and terminals is approx. 5–10 minutes, depending on traffic.
The operator strives to comply with the indicated times but is not responsible for delays due to technical, unavoidable traffic or official actions.
The staff assists with safe boarding, alighting, and luggage handling.
For issues not regulated by the parking policy, the Civil Code and other relevant legislation applicable to the operator’s activity shall apply.
